_Hi, my name is Rock and I offer tech support services in the Vancouver area.  I specialize in helping elderly clients learn or understand technology.  You can't escape it, we live in a constantly evolving high tech world but not everyone has the skills or the technical know how to use it.  Regardless of your age or level of experience, if you're struggling with technology I can help.  In a friendly and patient way, using easy to understand language, I will help ease the confusion.  We can meet at your home, business, or at a cafe of your choice.  I've been assisting people with technology for over 10 years.  I have a passion for technology and enjoy helping others.  If I'm not able to help you or if you're unhappy with the service, you don't pay.
